主要围绕肿瘤的诊断及治疗这一热点科学问题,致力于设计开发具有精准序列结构的多维高分子生物材料,以及其在药物递送、基因治疗、蛋白免疫治疗、生物成像等多个领域中的应用。旨在建立一套普适的平台技术,用以构建精准有序的纳米递送体系,研究载体与生物体的作用机制,可控调节其性能,进而优化其临床疗效。具体研究方向包括:

2. 精准蛋白药物、非病毒基因递送载体的开发及其与生物体作用机制研究
