研究方向聚焦于微量临床人体样本的个体化精准诊断相关研究，主要利用微流控芯片技术进行血液中稀有细胞分选、外泌体分析、单细胞蛋白组检测、肿瘤微环境模拟与器官芯片构建等，具体而言包括：
1. 基于生物芯片与纳米材料的血液中稀有循环肿瘤细胞 (CTC) 分选；
2. 基于微纳结构与光谱学的外泌体分析；
3. 基于微流控芯片的单细胞蛋白组检测；
4. 体外肿瘤微环境模拟与器官芯片构建；
