主要进展：

1. 引进成松久教授作为校顾问教授（2011）、国家外专局高端外国专家（2013-2016）；

2. 共同申请国家科技部国际科技合作专项《基于糖链生物标志物的疾病早期诊断新技术》（2012-2015），获得上海市国际合作经费；并以“优秀”通过科技部和上海市验收；

3. 共引进逾30位国内外学术专家来访并做学术报告，协助组织了2014年第一届和2016年第二届上海交通大学-日本产业技术综合研究所双边合作研讨会；

4. 促进中日双方学术互访和交流，联合培养博士生、博士后。派遣中方人员技术学习，促进青年科研人才进步；

5. 中日双方利用新型糖蛋白糖链分析技术，针对WFA+-M2BP等糖链生物标志物在我国慢性乙肝及丙肝病人肝纤维化诊断及疗效预测中的应用价值开展临床研究，取得了一系列相关研究成果。
