1. Basic systematic biomedical research in cancers: Using NGS,gene microarray and bioinformatics technologies, the variances of gene expression, methylation/(hydroxy)methylation as well as the variants in the immune repertoire in cervical or hepatocellular carcinoma were systematically analyzed. And these variants were explored the relevance of tumor clinical features. Combined cytological and zoological techniques were used to identify the tumor-associated genes. The molecular mechanisms of these genes in the development of tumors were investigated. These results will provide new indicators for clinical diagnosis of tumors, or potential drug targets and available drugs for clinical treatment of tumors.
2. Research and development of intelligent screening technology for cervical cancer screening: The development and application of the cervical cancer screening smart medical management system in China's community cervical cancer screening, greatly improving the detection rate of the abnormal results. The system will provide a solution for imprecise sampling, unmanaged process, unintegrated technology and provide theoretical basis and technical support for the establishment of a standardized system of cervical cancer screening and a long-term mechanism of cervical cancer prevention and treatment system in China.
3. Big data information system construction for women's disease diagnosis, treatment and prevention: establish the first big data platform for the prevention and control of cervical cancer in Chinese communities (currently 200,000 online users). Participated in 5G Health Strategy Pilot Project launched by All-China Women's Federation (Carnation Care Initiative) and the National Health Commission/Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. Participated in Real-World Study And Health Economics Evaluation Of Cervical Cancer Screening Project by National Center for Women's Health, China CDC. Nearly 200 primary care institutions in Kashgar (Xinjiang), Minhang Dist. (Shanghai), Lishui (Zhejiang), Zhenjiang (Jiangsu) and Nanjing (Jiangsu) cooperated in the prevention and control of women's diseases including cervical cancer, and have achieved great results.
