学习经历
1988年获南京大学生物系学士；1999年获威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校（University of Wisconsin-Madison）生物分子化学博士，导师 Elizabeth A. Craig院士；1999-2002年在华盛顿大学（University of Washington）微生物系做博士后。

 

工作经历
2002-2013年在美国系统生物学研究所（Institute for Systems Biology）从事蛋白质组学和系统生物学研究，任研究科学家（Research Scientist）、资深科学家（Senior Research Scientist），师从世界蛋白组学领军人物 Ruedi Aebersold 教授和世界系统生物学先驱Leroy Hood 院士；2011-2012年任中国科学院上海高等研究院兼职研究员，参与国家蛋白质科学研究南方设施的建设工作；2013年起全职回国，加入上海交通大学系统生物医学研究院任研究员，担任蛋白质组学实验室和生物质谱研究平台负责人。2017年起应邀筹建国家转化医学研究中心（上海）蛋白质组学和代谢组学质谱分析平台，担任国家转化医学研究中心（上海） 高级科学顾问（双聘）。

主要研究方向为蛋白质组学质谱分析技术的创新研发及其在生物医学转化上的系统应用，重点运用靶向定量蛋白质组学技术开展疾病相关的蛋白质分子标志物的研发，探索蛋白质质谱分析在临床诊断、预后、伴随性治疗中的转化运用。
