学习经历
1990年和1993年分别获得复旦大学学士和硕士。1998年获美国纽约州立大学石溪分校细胞发育生物学博士。1999年-2001年,哈佛大学博士后,Damon Runyon Research Fellow。

 

工作经历
上海交通大学特聘教授,系统生物医学研究院和上海市肿瘤研究所研究员,博士生导师。系统生物医学教育部重点实验室常务副主任,比较生物医学研究中心主任,科技部重大科学研究计划项目(973)首席科学家,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家,上海市优秀学术带头人。2008年回国前任犹他大学助理教授。

 

人才奖项

We are interested in the regulation and function of the protocadherin and Ugt clusters during brain development as well as in brain diseases. To this end, we have developed novel methods of CRISPR DNA-fragment editing or chromosomal rearrangements to investigate mechanisms of three-dimensional (3D) genome folding. Finally, we are interested in the role of genome architectural protein CTCF in higher-order chromatin structure and its dynamic regulation.
